National Air Traffic Services (NATS) has announced the appointment of Debbie Adams to the post of Head of Legal, reporting directly to NATS Chief Executive Paul Barron.
She joins NATS in February and will be responsible for managing the in-house legal team, providing strategic legal advice to NATS’ Executive Team and supervising the preparation of major contracts. She succeeds Kate Gregory who left the company in September.
Announcing her appointment, Paul Barron said: “I am delighted that Debbie will be joining us at this important time. A year after successfully restructuring the Company, we have embarked on a massive investment programme and a series of major collaboration projects. This appointment is key to NATS’ continued success as a major air traffic services provider.”
Debbie Adams said: “I am really looking forward to joining the NATS team and making a substantial contribution to the company’s continued success.”
Debbie Adams joins NATS from Angel Trains Ltd where she was a Senior Legal Advisor, responsible for managing the operations legal team. Prior to that, she worked at Eurotunnel, playing a major role in advising senior management on policy issues.
