Consult

Our consultation process does more than just look at ways to address your most pressing issues.  We believe it’s important to challenge your view of each issue in order to provide you with the most innovative and relevant solution – which may not be the one you expect.

Project Manage

Wherever in the world your project is, we believe it can be managed more efficiently by providing the personal touch. With that in mind we install project managers on site to ensure you receive the most professional, dedicated service, whether you are based in Luton or Japan.

Our global reach and experience in operating internationally means that our project teams can fit in seamlessly with your people. By collaborating with you in this way we can work through all the issues to the satisfaction of both sides.

Whether the project calls for managing public enquiries for new flight paths, lobbying governments, liaising with builders on new tower constructions, or any other aviation challenge, our managers have the skills and experience to deal with it.

Operate

Many of our solutions require ongoing onsite operation. In these instances we provide you with NATS staff as a normal part of the contract, in order to deliver the work for you.

  • Our approach is to work in partnership with you, which can happen in one of two ways:via an ATC or engineering team permanently stationed on site

or

  • using our managed solutions, which NATS can operate remotely on your behalf

Our managed solutions are particularly cost effective as you benefit from the cutting edge services you need without extra capital expenditure or the cost of training staff in new skills.

Maintain

The aviation industry never stays still. New technology and updated legislation can quickly make your existing solutions redundant. To keep pace with this we have a policy of continually developing and improving our solutions in line with the very latest legislation, efficiency and technology changes.

By working closely with you we can anticipate and act on your needs before they become an issue. This ranges from recommending refits and upgrades of equipment to minimise the need to invest in new kit, to suggesting innovative ways to enhance capacity by understanding where the bottlenecks are – both on the ground and in the air.
