Terms of Application for a Non-Standard Flight
This form must be submitted at least 21 days prior to the validity date to the relevant control centre.
For a modification to a previously approved NSF application where there is no change to validity dates, this form must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the validity date of the modification.
Failure to complete all parts of this form will result in the application being returned.
