ATM Systems Training
NATS has a large portfolio of courses covering many systems. Our strength in delivering these courses is understanding the context in which these systems are used, and the Engineering environment in which they reside.
TNA
NATS is able to offer Training Needs Analysis as the first step to fulfilling training requirements. In many cases, NATS is familiar with the current skills of an engineering work force and, once familiar with a company's maintenance policy, readily understands what is required from new training. NATS is currently assisting in work to capture the skills required of future engineers and is involved in the NATS Engineering Evolution Plan.
